About image
Hi, I'm Tony. I'm a doctor who works in palliative care in Scotland.

I've been wanting to write a blog for some time and as the winter nights are closing in the time seems right.

I am hoping to cover a bit about myself, my interests and my passion for palliative care.
I will try to relate as much as possible back to palliative care and what underpins how I view this amazing approach to medicine.

How did you end up working as a palliative care doctor Tony? A question I am asked a lot. Well, the answer is quite interesting. As an introduction to this blog series I talk over growing up in Glasgow and what I learned in my early years.
